擔心薯仔放太久會發芽,又怕菜心、蔥會變乾?買新鮮蔬菜回家煮食,沒辦法一次過吃完,可怎樣保存,延長保質期。Viu節目《Viu Food》近期一集,教大家用簡單的工具保存6種蔬菜,包括葉菜類、薯仔、蔥、番茄、青瓜、南瓜。而且,一招就可避免薯仔發芽,而蔥更可保存10日以上!
1. 葉菜類蔬菜
工具:廚房紙、膠袋、保鮮紙

做法:
- 1. 用水沾濕廚房紙,包裹葉菜類蔬菜的莖部
- 2. 用保鮮紙多包一層
- 3. 放進膠袋,最後放進雪櫃即可
2. 薯仔
工具:紙箱、食用梳打粉、報紙
作用:防潮、避免發芽

做法:
- 1. 除了把薯仔和蘋果放在一起這個方法外,也可以準備一個紙箱,在紙箱底部灑上適量食用梳打粉
- 2. 把薯仔放進箱內,每個之間留有小小空位
- 3. 最後用報紙覆蓋,並在報紙上面多灑一層食用梳打粉,可避免薯仔發芽,而紙箱則有防潮作用

工具:保鮮盒、廚房紙
保質期:10日以上

- 1. 蔥切一半,尾部留起
- 2. 蔥切粒後,放進保鮮盒
- 3. 用水沾濕一張廚房紙,放在表面,覆蓋蔥粒
- 4. 最後放進雪櫃,可保存10日以上
4. 果菜類:番茄
工具:密實袋、保鮮紙、廚房紙

- 1. 清洗並抹乾番茄
- 2. 用保鮮紙包裹,或用廚房紙包好放進密實袋
- 3. 最後放進雪櫃即可
- 備註:番茄經冷藏後,反而味道更好,並可延長保存時間

工具:鹽水、報紙、保鮮紙
